A few tips to ease the transition to the warm season

Even as a young kid, I was familiar with the term "Spring asthenia ". In my understanding it was a state of temporal weakness caused by the wintertime. During this time,  the diet is poorer in the vitamins supplied by fresh veggies and fruit which combined with a reduction in sun and outdoor activity causes the body to feel tired and weak.

In the spring, the body's rhythm changes (much light, more warmth) and the increasing amount of sunlight causes hormonal changes in the body. Those who are affected experience this as symptoms of springtime lethargy. This should last a couple of weeks at most especially if you take the time to give the body what it missed during the winter: sun, fresh air and a diet rich in fresh and varied plants and fruits  and foods rich in vitamin C and E, magnesium, iron and calcium.

Also if you somehow neglected exercising during the winter, now is the time to start slowly to recover to the more active life outside by exercising regularly and getting outside more often.
